Founded in 1992, Village Well take a socially responsive approach to the design and creation of places that offer a vibrant community life, flourishing local economy and healthy natural environment. Our work specialises in fostering collaboration, vision, leadership and an increased awareness of key issues and opportunities facing our environment and communities. Our multi-disciplinary team include architects, landscape architects, urban planners, community development specialists, facilitators, culture change experts, artists, designers, and marketing and communications people who bring a wealth of experience, practical wisdom and knowledge to our projects.
We work with large developers, municipalities, government agencies, small businesses, institutions and community groups. Our aim is to unite the needs of community, business and the environment, by weaving together community engagement, urban design, local economic development, and cultural value. We bring to the process strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience in catalysing cultural change.
