2010 Place Making Master Class Series – Place Making and the Art of Authentic Engagement Registration Form

Payment and cancellation policy:

Payment is due in full at time of registration and includes refreshments, a light lunch and workshop materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.

Should you be unable to attend the Master Class, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place at no extra cost by emailing us at: zainil@villagewell.org

Alternatively, a full refund, minus 15% service charge will be made for cancellations received in writing. Regrettably, no refund will be given for cancellations received 48 hours prior to the event. However, a full credit note will be issued.
