Burnham Beeches, a historic Art Deco mansion set on a 22-hectare estate in the Dandenong Ranges, faced a complex history of neglect and failed masterplans before Trenerry Property acquired it with plans to transform it into a world-class wellness destination, featuring a luxury hotel, dining, and event spaces.
Village Well was engaged to lead the placemaking and community engagement efforts, addressing significant local opposition and community division.
