Context
Housing Choices Australia (HCA) sought to embed placemaking into its operations, ensuring staff had the knowledge, tools, and resources to create thriving, well-loved communities within social housing developments. They wanted a framework which would align internal teams, build capacity and provide guidance.
Village Well assisted in co-creating an industry-first Placemaking Framework, equipping HCA’s staff to lead meaningful, scalable projets and foster vibrant communites. We also gave staff the agency to be placemakers, reducing the siloism of the branches.
